What is the cost of the camp?

Half day is $95.00/per week; full day is $165.00/per week

What should my child wear?

We recommend that your child wears comfortable athletic clothing and tennis shoes.

​

What does my child need to bring?

We recommend that your child brings a water bottle, a small towel, sunscreen and a positive attitude!

​

Does my child need to bring their own lunch?

Campers will need to bring their own lunch.

​

Does my child need a racquet?

No. If your child does not have a racquet, they can use one of our loaner racquets.

​

What if it rains?

We have plenty of off-court tennis activities planned if we experience bad weather.  If the weather is forecasting rain all week, the camp will be cancelled.

My child is not able to attend a full week of camp.  Do you have a daily fee?

The daily fee is $25.00 per child for 1/2 day and $40.00 per child for full-day.

What about the week of Memorial Day and Indepence Day?

The camp will not be offered on Monday, May 30 and Monday, July 4th.  If you choose this week (Tues.-Fri.), the registration fee will be included in the cost.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes. There is a one-time registration fee of $20.00 per child.

​

Do you offer early drop-off/late pick-up?

Based on availability and participation. 

Early drop-off: *8:00 AM - 8:40 AM. 

Late pick-up: 12:15 PM - 1:00 PM (1/2 day)  

*5:15 - 5:30 PM (full-day)  

*Subject to change based on participation

What are the costs for early drop off/late pick-up?

Early drop-off fee is $25.00 per week per child.  Late pick-up is $25.00 per week per child.  If you need both early drop-off and late-pick up, the cost is $40.00 per week per child.  Please make sure you confirm if you will be utilizing the early-drop off service. These fees are payable in advance.

When can I register for the camp?

Registration is now open.  You may sign up online or drop by the front desk of the tennis center.  Payment is due at least one week prior to the camp date that you have registered for. This enables us to know how many campers to expect and to prepare accordingly. If you do register online, you will still need to complete our detailed registration form which will be available at the tennis center.

How can I make a payment?

Please mail check payments to: John Drew Smith Tennis Center, 3280 N. Ingle Place, Macon, GA 31210 or you may stop by the clubhouse to pay with cash or credit card.

Is there a deadline to register?

Please register one week prior to the start date that your child plans to attend.

​

Will you be offering a registration and open house day?
